Little Sailors - Malibu Family Photographer

Ooooh, I had the BEST time photographing these two cutie patuties last week in Malibu!  These twins are 14 months old now and they are simply the most beautiful little babies ever with those big brown eyes and beautiful curls!  I had photographed their Mommy when she was carrying them in her belly (see post here) and then I was privileged to photograph the babies when they were a mere 12 days old (see post here).  And now look.... can get any cuter??!!

Thank you Stacey & Branden for letting me play with your babies at the beach!  They are so lovely and full of joy, and I just love watching them grow up right before my very eyes!!!  xoxo -Toki

Sweet Baby H - Hollywood Newborn Photographer

It takes my breath away, the beauty and preciousness of a newborn child.  Today, I was honored to meet the sweetest little newborn girl who came into this world just 8 days ago.  I had a strong feeling that she was going to be gorgeous when I met her parents a couple of months ago.... and I was right!  You can click here to see photos from her mommy's maternity session.  Miss H was SUCH a good little baby and so snuggly too! Oh how I love that newborn squishiness!!!  Welcome baby girl... you are so very loved by many!!!

Glendale Family Photographer

There is no shortage of cute babies/kids here in LA, but I must say that this brother & sister duo are two of the CUTEST kids I've ever met!!  I last saw them about 11 months ago and I honestly think they're even cuter now, if that's possible.  I 'heart' these two cuties and I look forward to watching them grow up!!  You can see the photos from their last session here.  And here are a few from our recent session:

Tarzana Family Photographer

A week ago, I was lucky enough to see the handsome Henry again, this time for a family session. I first met Henry and his mommy at a birthday party in downtown Los Angeles where I got to photograph the little guests (you can view the album here.)  Turns out Henry's mommy is the owner/operator of No Worries Event Planning catering to the DIY bride with a full range of services.  I can tell you from getting to know her personally that she is a dedicated, sincere and joyful person to be around and you can rest assured that she will take good care of you and all the details that go along with planning a wedding.  In any case, I completely enjoyed hanging out with Henry and his beautiful parents.  Easy to tell where he got his good looks from, right?  Have a happy, happy first birthday sweet boy!

Super Sweet Siblings - Conejo Valley Family Photographer

I had a super fun session with a trio of super sweet siblings yesterday!  We met at a little trail right off an exit off the 101 fwy and although it was super hot, no one complained and we had so much fun!  I brought along my little 'helpers' and as always, Tristan insisted on being in at least one of the shots.  Thank you Jacqueline... your kids are absolutely sweet and wonderful!

P.S. I don't know what is going on with Blogger but it looks like they just implemented a new way of uploading images and unfortunately, it's making the images look really blurry.... please excuse this glitch until i figure out a way around it.

Duncan Family - Orange Family Photographer

I had the pleasure of photographing my best friend from junior high/high school and her beautiful family over the weekend.  Yup, Jeanne and I have known each other since we were all of 13 years old!!  What can I say about Jeanne?  Well, for starters, not to get too sappy on you, but she is simply one of the kindest people you will ever come across.  She has a heart of gold and she is always helping others.  She is a hard working woman who knows how to balance life and does a darn amazing job of balancing both career and family.  She is an all-around happy, positive person, always ready with a smile and a kind word.  She is extremely loving, gentle and kind BUT she is also fiercely protective of the ones she loves so don't mess with her peeps!!  Her loyalty knows no bounds and her compassion is phenomenal.  She is a wonderful wife and mother, daughter, sister, aunt, co-worker, friend to many.  She is a friend for life.... my very best friend from junior high.  Love you Jeanne!!  xoxo

The 'R' Family - Santa Monica Family Photographer

This precious family really and truly touched my heart.  Baby Ella was born a wee bit ahead of schedule and spent the first 10 weeks of her life in NICU.  She has only been home with her parents for about a month but everyone is adjusting nicely and Ella is growing up right before her family's very eyes!  She is just the prettiest and daintiest little baby girl and oh my goodness, her eyes and super long lashes are TO.DIE.FOR!!!  Ella's grandma brilliantly pointed out that Ella can be a spokesgirl for Latisse and I couldn't agree more!  I loved how loving, protective and gentle Ella's daddy was with both mommy and baby.... and mommy had this amazing grace, beauty and calm about her that I deeply admired.  Thank you 'R' family for allowing me to share a fun filled day with you!

Here are some more images of the trio of cuties, this time with their parents. This was such a fun session and the kids really seemed to be enjoying themselves too which is always a bonus. I think the hot beverages kept them happy, as did the little Pez I had with me. Amazing what a simple little toy/candy will do to get the kids' attention!

{A Trio of Cuties} ventura county kids and family photography

I had the pleasure of photographing the "R" family over the weekend and oh what fun it was!! The kids were so sweet and I love, love, love, love the closeness that the kids share! You can tell that they adore each other and this always makes it easier for me as a photographer to capture some really wonderful images.  I hope that someday when the kids are much older, they'll look at these images and cherish how special their bond was as children.... and still will be as adults, I'm sure.

BTW, I love shooting at this location! It's so fun and colorful!

{Three Generations} los angeles kids & family photography

I had a super fun and (slightly) chaotic session with these five lovely ladies over the weekend!  Chaotic because my boys tagged along and everyone just wanted to play.... and snack.... and run around... anything except having their pictures taken!  It must have been quite a sight to see me trying to manage all these kids running around, conducting a photo session and playing Mom at the same time.  Grandma "B" was wonderful and kept the kids occupied while I was shooting.  All in all, we managed to get a whole bunch of wonderful images to document this amazing, beautiful and courageous family.  

Speaking of Grandma "B", isn't she lovely?  And oh my, what a sexy Mama!  Three kids later, she looks hotter than ever!!  I love you guys!!

....to be so darn good-looking!!! Seriously, have you ever seen such a gorgeous family? Mom did such a fantastic job dressing her family and it really paid off.  Everyone looks fantastic and it was really, really hard to pick just a few images to share so prepare yourself for an overload of cuteness ahead!
