I had a session with these sweeties yesterday but let me tell you, the weather was NOT cooperating with us at all!  It was fine when I left my house to meet J&M but then as I got closer to their home, the winds came out of nowhere!  And I'm not talking about a gentle breeze either... it was more like gusty and dry with leaves, branches and dust blowing all over the place - blech!  Thank goodness J&M are so adorable and were such troopers.  Enjoy the sneek peak!!

Here are just a few more images from Miss T's session at El Matador Beach in Malibu. I love shooting at this location because the scenery is quite beautiful and the lighting is always fabulous. There's a little hike to get down to the beach from the parking lot but it's so worth it. Look at this sweet little girl.... isn't she just dreamy?!

Over the next few days, I will be posting sneak peeks for the moms and dads who participated in the Portrait Playdate at Nibley Park on Friday, August 14th. I met lots of precious little babies and toddlers who ranged in age from 11 weeks to 3 years old. They were all lovely and I had a blast photographing them.

First up is sweet Stella who is turning 2 in October. I love, love, love this baby girl.

I admit it.... I like cute guys and I had the pleasure of photographing two cuties over the weekend! Nikolas at 4-1/2 years old is showing natural leadership abilities and he is destined to become a mover and shaker. Just look at him dancing hip hop for the camera!! He is one sharp little man and I just loved his enthusiasm! Baby Zachary is such a sweet, darling little guy and he absolutely adores his Mommy, Daddy and big brother... just as they all adore him!

Pure and Sweet

Say hello to 8 month old Miss L! She is such a precious and darling little girl who didn't seem to mind the camera or lights one bit. Her Mommy brought a bunch of adorable outfits, including the ones posted in an earlier post. I have a TON of images but I'll share just a few for now. Have a super weekend everyone!!

It's so neat to watch a family grow together.... and quite mesmerizing for me to watch from behind the lens. The little gestures, words and sounds that a family makes with each other is a beautiful thing.

For everyone out there with little ones.... grab your camera and camcorder and capture those sweet little gestures, gurgles, giggles and first attempts at communicating. All too soon, they will be little no more.
