Pat Notaro Memorial Surf Gathering - Surfers Healing

Our friend & neighbor informed us that the annual Surfer's Healing in honor of his father, Pat Notaro, will be taking place on June 5th in Malibu. The event, hosted by the Pat Notaro Memorial Fund through the Children's Variety Club and put on by Surfers Healing, will see surfers taking autistic children out to catch some waves. Surfing is used as a tool for the kids to gain self confidence skills and show the therapeutic benefit's of the sports positive effects on the vestibular system. Pat Notaro was an avid surfer and his family donates a portion of his memorial fund to Surfers Healing. Hope to see you there!
