Block Party :: Eagle Rock

Come and check out the block party this weekend in Eagle Rock. My dear friend Stina is helping to organize it and make it a success!

Meet your neighbors, support your community, and have fun at the Eagle Rock Block Party!!

There are some fun events this month, face painting at Rockin Kid Shop, free popcorn at Paper, free 10 minute massages at Backbenders, free cookie at Swork with purchase of kid’s drink......and much more discounts and festivities! I hope to see you all around town.

The Eagle Rock Block Party is this Saturday, July 11th from 3p to 9p, and happens every month on the 2nd Saturday. Local independent businesses offer special promotions, discounts, and entertainment for kids and adults on this special day.

The Eagle Rock Block Party coincides with the NELA Artwalk, but starts during the day so that families can enjoy the celebration and events too! The participating businesses will hang illuminated Eagle Rock Block Party lanterns, so keep an eye out for them and be sure to go inside and see what kind of promotion they are offering. The Eagle Rock Block Party is about creating local stimulus and reinforcing community spirit so that small town walking areas remain a part of the Los Angeles experience.
